The show itself and the range of CPD seminars offered through the day was aimed initially at facilities managers, property agents, multi property owners, surveying practices, but attracted main contractors as well as architects and specifiers due to it broad range of topics. 

The format for the day was based around a series of CPD seminars focusing mainly on the refurbishment market,  but also offering advice on new products, services and solutions.  Seminars will also discuss health and safety issues when working at height as research shows incidents continue to climb, and the new building regulations that will affect building owners – and how will refurbishment projects and extensions be governed in the future.
